Recently purchased wing foil equipment. Doug is a wealth of knowledge and a great person. He was willing to spend two hours on a Saturday to answer my questions and place me with the right gear.

When he heard from another member in the community that I was struggling on my first session, he called me out of the blue and asked if there was anything he could do to help out.

I bought a 460 mast  and extension yesterday.  I drove more than 2 hours to the store and it was worth the drive. Doug is a great guy. He took my mast and boom to sell on consignment. Great experience! Found a great deal on a pair of ski blades for me and the mrs...i ended up calling the day after i placed the order to inquire about waxing. He was about to call me anyways for boot sizes for the bindings, uber nice, everything shipped out the next business day. So, my middle age self, sister and our four teenagers had a lesson, last week in July, in Sailboarding with Doug. It was amazing! I forgot how gorgeous the lake is south of Buffalo. We were smiles ear to ear! It is not an easy task to balance on the board trying to catch the wind just so. Doug was great in training us up on dry land on a simulator. We all got in the water and he continued giving pointers and being patient. It was challenging, but we had lots of time and space to really sink our teeth into it.
