Winging With Power The wing will give you a balanced feel. If powered up, the wing will pull upward and give you something to hang on to. When underpowered, you are holding the wing up, which is harder to do versus the wing holding you up.

A fuller wing with deeper draft will have more low-end power, and you can use a smaller size wing. Flatter wings are faster but require more wind.

The V-shape or dihedral profile has a stabilizing effect. Wind spills off the wing tips and keeps the middle more stable. Some wings are adding twist which helps spill gust and makes the pull smooth even on gusty days.
